Instructions for use:
In a medium bowl, mix the mayonnaise, ketchup, Dijon mustard and lemon juice. Whisk together until smooth.
Add the garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt and pepper. Mix well to ensure that all ingredients are properly incorporated.
Taste the sauce, and if you prefer some softness, add the honey and mix again. You can adjust the seasoning as needed to suit.
Cover the bowl and refrigerate at least 30 minutes before serving. This allows the flavors to blend and improve the taste.
