Ovine and banana pancakes

Prepare the dough:
Mix the dry ingredients: In a bowl, mix 1 cup of oat flakes and 1/4 teaspoon of sodium bicarbonate.
Add yogurt: add 2 tablespoons of yogurt to the dry ingredients and mix well.
Mix the rest of the yogurt: add 2 extra tablespoons of yogurt and mix until the whole is well mixed.
Add the eggs: break 2 eggs in the bowl and mix until they are incorporated.
Crush the bananas: In a separate bowl, crush 2 ripe bananas until a smooth consistency is obtained.
Add the bananas: add the crushed bananas to the oat flake mixture.
Add water: Pour 100 ml of water and mix thoroughly until a smooth paste is obtained.
