2- Unexplained weight gain
You eat a balanced diet, you exercise... but the pounds accumulate for no reason? A toxin-saturated liver can slow down your metabolism and make weight management more complicated. It stores fat instead of removing them, which can lead to gradual weight gain.
What to do: Choose foods that support liver function such as artichoke, black radish or lemon. Avoid alcohol and refined sugars, which make the liver more tired.
