Date and time of withdrawal
The address of the distributor concerned
The exact amount of withdrawal
Transaction ticket if available
If the dispenser has not printed a ticket, take a screenshot of your bank statement showing the current transaction. These elements will be useful for you to prove the anomaly with your bank.
Contact your bank quickly
Don't waste time. Go to your bank branch or call your bank's customer service. An adviser will be able to check whether an error has occurred and guide you in the complaint procedure.
If the distributor belongs to a bank other than your own bank, contact your own bank: it will be the distributor who will process the application with the distributor’s managing bank.
