It all started when a talented photographer, based in Hangzhou, in the province of zhejiang, immortalized a scene from a helicopter. From a distance, the cliché evokes a puzzle of giant toys. In fact, it was a large fleet of buss that were taken out of service, carefully aligned in a secure space.
