– 1 large egg
– 1 cup of milk
For caramelised apples:
– 4 apples, peeled, seeded and sliced
– 1/4 cup butter
– 1/2 cup sugar
– 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
For caramel foam:
– 1 cup of sugar
– 1/4 cup water
– 1 cup thick cream
– 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
