Remove the skin from the beef chorizo and cut it into small pieces.
Add it to the dough with the grated gruyere.
Season with salt and pepper according to your taste and mix well. Step 3: Cooking
Pour the preparation into a previously buttered cake mould or covered with baking paper.
Bake for 35 to 40 minutes until the cake is golden.
Check the cooking by planting the blade of a knife: it should come out dry. Step 4: Tasting
Let it warm before unmold.
Serve warm or cold, with a green salad for a light meal or as an aperitif.
