With sodium bicarbonate
For deep cleaning, it is preferable to use sodium bicarbonate. It is one of the most widely used eco-friendly cleaning products with vinegar. Thanks to sodium bicarbonate, you can clean a multitude of surfaces and elements of the house: from the bathtub, to stains on the carpets, to the sink and even the refrigerator.
To clean the refrigerator, mix 2 tablespoons of sodium bicarbonate, some lemon juice (optional) and one litre of water. Then clean the inside with the mixture with a cloth, and you're done. With this simple combination, you will remove germs and bacteria from inside the refrigerator.

With white vinegar
To clean and disinfect the refrigerator, you have several options. But before that, it is necessary to empty the refrigerator before adding a product. Later, it will be sufficient to clean it with a cloth and dry it. Here are the steps to clean the inside of the refrigerator:
- Take all food out of the refrigerator
- Disconnect the device
- Add 3 parts of hot water and 1 part of vinegar to a spray bottle and spray generously onto the shelves cleared of the refrigerator
- With a damp toilet glove, wipe the shelves and walls, removing all spills and dirt. If you have a more stubborn stain, pour a small amount of undiluted vinegar into this place and let it rest for a few minutes
- Wipe with a towel and the refrigerator is ready to be reused
- To keep your refrigerator in good condition between cleaning, keep a bottle of vinegar-based cleaner handy for quick cleaning. Make sure you label it and all other home-made cleaning products.

How to clean a moldy joint of the fridge with a homemade trick?
If the fridge seals show mould or leftover food, follow this process:
- Wet or moisten the rubbers in the refrigerator.
- Add toothpaste to the brush and rub all surfaces of the joints. Remember to put on gloves to do this.
- Then rinse with a clean cloth soaked in water. It is important that the rag is not used so that the rubbers do not absorb the odour.
