Three-tier fresh fruit cake
Ingredients:
– 3 cups of all-purpose flour
– 2 1/2 teaspoons of chemical yeast
– 1/2 teaspoons of salt
– 1 cup of unsalted butter, softened
– 2 cups of crystalline sugar
– 4 large eggs
– 2 teaspoons of extract

Thickness – 1/2 cup crystallised sugar

vanilla – 1 cup strawberries, seedlings and trenches
– 1 cup of bilberries
– 1 cup of raspberries
– 1 cup of kiwifruit, peeled and sliced
– 1 cup of pineapple, cut to
