In a large bowl, mix the flour, sugar, chemical yeast and salt.
In another bowl, beat the eggs with the milk and the vanilla extract.
Incorporate the liquid mixture into the dry ingredients and mix until a smooth paste is obtained.
Heat a little oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
Pour spoonfuls of dough into the frying pan, spacing them. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then turn the doughnuts over and allow the other side to turn on.
Remove the doughnuts from the frying pan and place them on absorbent paper to remove the excess oil.
Sprinkle with icing sugar before serving hot.
