Temperature: at least 40oC, and up to 60oC in case of excessive sweating.

Dry your underwear well: Open-air drying preserves the fabrics better.
When should your underwear be replaced?
Even well maintained, underwear does not last forever. On average, it is recommended that they be repeated every 6 to 12 months, but some signs should alert you earlier:
Signs that it is time to change them:
Relaxed elastics: If they don’t hold well, they’ve lost their hold.
Damaged or hound fabric: A frayed or rough tissue may cause irritation.
Poor absorption: If they no longer regulate moisture well, they become uncomfortable.
Persistent odours: If the odour remains after washing, the fibres are saturated with bacteria and sweat residues.
