If you have these cupboards above your refrigerator, you'd better know what they're for.

Kitchen towels
Household items like kitchen towels that you could buy wholesale (my wife always does) can be stored here.

Fine porcelain
Do you have plates or cutlery reserved for special occasions? It may be wise to place them above the refrigerator, so your children will be less likely to get them back.

Be careful
It goes without saying, but we're still going to say it: be careful when you open and close those closes. If you take objects into them, make sure they are not too heavy to get them down safely.

Always use a stool or a solid stepladder to access what you store in it, and be aware that the heat emitted from the refrigerator underneath makes it less ideal for some products.
