Start the creamy mixture: Put 1 can of condensed mushroom cream, 1/4 cup of melted butter, 1/2 cup of grated cheddar, 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper in a medium-sized bowl. Mix well. Mix all the ingredients together.
Grease the cooking dish: To prevent it from sticking, grease a 2-litre cooking dish.
Layer components: Spread the cooked rotini pasta evenly in the bottom of the cooking dish that has been oiled. Then cover the spaghetti with half a pound of cooked and crumbled bacon.
Make sure you cover the spaghetti and bacon with the creamy mixture: Spread the mushroom cream mixture on the spaghetti and bacon uniformly.
