3. Massages
Mustard oil massages are excellent for relieving arthritis pain and inflammation. This oil is a natural ointment and stimulates blood circulation.
Gently warm a little mustard oil. If there is swelling, you can mix it with an equal amount of onion juice. Gently massage the painful joint. Then, cover the joint with plastic wrap and wrap it with warm towels. Perform this remedy every day before going to bed for best results.
You can also use a small amount of eucalyptus oil (helps with inflammation) or mix wintergreen oil and eucalyptus oil and massage this ointment into the joint. For this remedy, you should not apply hot compresses.
4. Turmeric
Regular consumption of turmeric can reduce inflammation. It contains curcumin, which has anti-inflammatory properties. It is particularly effective in treating rheumatoid arthritis. It should be noted that turmeric’s effectiveness is much greater when taken with black pepper, ginger, or cayenne pepper.
You can take 500 mg to 1000 mg turmeric capsules 3 times a day.
You can also drink fresh turmeric juice or a glass of almond milk mixed with a teaspoon of turmeric powder and a little black pepper or ginger every day before bed.
5. Epsom Salt
Epsom salt is a good source of magnesium, which helps regulate the body’s pH levels. Balancing pH levels is essential because some inflammatory diseases, such as arthritis, are caused by high acidity in the body.
Mix equal amounts of Epsom salt and fresh lemon juice with half a cup of warm water. Take one teaspoon of the mixture twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening.
You can also add two cups of Epsom salt to your warm bath water and relax and enjoy.
6. Cinnamon
Cinnamon can be used to relieve arthritis pain due to its anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties.
Mix 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon and 1 tablespoon of honey in a cup of warm water and drink this mixture every morning on an empty stomach for several days.
You can also make a cinnamon and honey paste and gently massage it into the painful area.
7. Fish Oil
The omega-3 fatty acids in fish oil have an anti-inflammatory effect in the body and can help reduce pain.
Simply consume 1 to 2 teaspoons of fish oil daily.
