Vegan crapps with bananas

Instructions:

1. Mix the dough:
"Crave the banana."
– Mix with milk, oil, sugar and vanilla.
– Add the flour, chemical yeast and salt. Stir until the whole mixture is well mixed.

2. Cooking:
- Heat a frying pan or saucepan over medium-high heat.
– Pour 1/4 cup of dough into the mould.
– Fry until bubbles form, then turn over and cook until golden (1-2 minutes on each side).

3. 3. Serve:
– Top be swallowed with vegan butter, syrup and more bananas.

Tip: For a gluten-free version, replace flour with almond flour
