Rice mask recipe for radiant skin

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons organic brown rice, richer in minerals
  • 1 tablespoon of coconut milk, to feed and hydrate
  • 1 tablespoon of honey, with antibacterial and soothing properties

Preparation and application

  1. Cook the rice in water until it becomes tender.
  2. Filter and store the cooking water, which will be used later.
  3. Mix the cooked rice with the coconut milk and honey until a homogeneous paste is obtained.
  4. Apply to the clean, dry face, avoiding the eye contour.
  5. Leave on for 15 to 20 minutes, until the mask dries.
  6. Rinse with the cooking water of the rice, which has moisturizing and illuminating properties.
