1 kg semolina
1 kg of veal
Oil

Ginger
Pepper
Saffron or Curcuma
1 bouquet of parsley and coriander
Harissa
Vegetables:
2 large tomatoes
2 onions
4 large carrots
500 g turnip
500 g. of courgettes
500 g pumpkin
500 g chickpeas
500 g. green cabbage
You can take other vegetables: potato, beans depending on their seasonality.
