Mix the flour with the salt. Separately, dissolve the yeast in water and add the oil. Integrate and form a compact and mellow paste.
Leave to rise for at least 2 hours.
Then divide the dough into 8 parts of 120 g each.
Form the sandwiches and make incisions. Sprinkle some flour and let it double in volume. Bake in an oven at 400oF (200o) for 30 to 40 minutes.
