Add the dissolved agar-agar mixture to the milk mixture, stirring continuously.
Quickly add the prepared fruit to the mixture, stirring gently to distribute the fruit evenly. Pour the mixture into a mould (containance of about 1.5 liters).
Define and cool:
Refrigerate the dessert until it is completely cooled and taken, making sure it retains its shape.
Serve:
Once taken, unmold the dessert and cut it into portions.
