Philly Cheesesteak egg rolls:

Ingredients: a pound of false fillet (or any other type of steak of your choice), cut very finely
1 green pepper, cut into small pieces
a single small onion, chopped
One cup of chopped mushrooms (it is optional).
You can choose to use six pieces of provolone cheese or a cup of grated cheese.
(12 packages for nems)
Olive oil, an equal soup spoon
To taste, season with salt and pepper
(for gilding) an egg
Olive oil for frying

To prepare the trim:

In a large frying pan, wear a tablespoon of olive oil at a constant temperature over medium heat.
Add the onion and pepper diced. To soften, sauté for about three to four minutes.
If you use mushrooms, add them to the frying pan and continue cooking them until they lose their moisture and become more supple.
A mixture of salt and pepper should be applied to the steak slices before adding them to the frying pan. Cook for about three to four minutes, or until the food is golden and completely cooked.
After removing the frying pan from the fire, allow the mixture to cool a little.
