Philly Cheesesteak egg rolls:

A clean surface should be used to dispose a packaging of nems with a diamond-shaped corner facing you.
Take a tablespoon of the cooked steak mixture and place it in the middle of the package.
A piece of provolone cheese or a little bit of it should be placed on it.
You should first fold the bottom corner onto the trim, then fold the sides, then wrap the package tightly.
A small amount of egg gilding should be applied to the top corner of the egg roller in order to seal it. Packs and filling shall be repeated with the remaining packagings.
Egg nems should be fried:
In a deep frying pan or saucepan, heat the oil to a temperature of 175 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit).
When the oil is heated, add the nems slowly and carefully, a few at a time. For about three to four minutes on each side, fry until they are golden and crisp.
Remove the item from the oil and place it on absorbent paper for rest.
Provide:

To serve, boil and accompany your preferred dip, such as mayonnaise sriracha or cheese sauce.
