How to test gluten intolerance?
I found that the best way to determine if you have a problem with gluten is to make a phase-out diet and remove it from your diet for at least 2 to 3 weeks, and then reintroduce it. Please note that gluten is a very large protein and it can take months or even years to remove it from your body so the longest you can get it out of your diet before reintroducing, the better.
