The hooks have several uses. They can be used to keep keys, clothing, umbrellas and headphones.
However, you wouldn't think they would be used for bad or immoral purposes, would you? Before I heard that, I didn't know they were able to do such a thing.
Some hills in hotel rooms and public establishments are equipped with concealed cameras. Similar gadgets have been spotted in public places, including women's toilets and hotels.
Recently, three occurrences have been reported by Floridians. As indicated in the MCSO report:
In women's toilets, tiny cameras hidden in harrows were found fixed on the walls in all three cases. On May 26, they were discovered at Anne's Beach. On May 28, they were discovered in the women's toilet at Harry Harris Park in Tavernier; and on May 31, they were discovered at the Circle K store at a 99.8-mile marker on the U.S. One.
In 2011, in a locker room in the Kansas YMCA, a lady dropped a camera attached to a hanger to the ground.
Investigators of the event discovered that the underside of the hook was sticky.
Lieutenant Randy Reynolds of the Crimes Unit of the Wichita Police Department said, “The device is not something that would stand out. "Anywhere could be a locker room for them." ”
The most terrifying aspect is that these devices can be purchased for as little as 20 to 50 dollars.
The company even uses the slogan “Nobody will suspect a clothing hook to hide a camera” to promote its products.
The hooks are compatible with MicroSD cards, which have a maximum recording time of two hours at 16 GB.
I can understand that it may be useful to have it on hand if you suspect someone in your office to fly you. But a much higher proportion of users misuse them for s:3::x and use them to spy on defenceless women and children.
