White alcohol vinegar is used, which is also commonly referred to as white vinegar. It is a solution of water and acetic acid obtained by double fermentation. The first is alcoholised, the second is acetic acid and is produced by bacteria from alcohol, rice, fruit, but also malt. It is not excluded that white wine vinegar is often obtained from sugar beet.
To clean the hotplate, you will need this wonderful ingredient, but also a microfiber cloth and a kitchen cloth. The vinegar must be poured directly onto the aluminium baking tray. Spread evenly with the cloth. Then rinse thoroughly with the microfiber impregnated with water. For deep drying, you will need another dry cloth to avoid stains.
If the cooktop is particularly dirty, you can pour the vinegar directly onto the surface and then wipe it with the tea towel. A very small amount is enough to obtain astonishing results. Make sure you walk close to the fires, where dirt is most concentrated. The fabric can also be passed over the lights.
Clean the hotplate
You get a shiny hotplate, but above all it is asepticized and can be reused for your preparations.
