4. Tone your chest
Sit on a chair, cross your arms and slightly separate your feet. Grasp your elbows with your hands, placing them on your knees. Get your arms folded, without moving your torso.
Hold the position for 6 seconds and repeat the exercise 10 times.
Raise on the ground, the torso forward and the palms placed on the ground. Get on the tips of your feet, with your arms up and hands open.
Stretch your body up as far as you can. Repeat the exercise 10 times.
Combine the exercises of the Sakuma method with a balanced and healthy diet and you will see that the results will not be delayed.
