Take another (small) inspiration and then relax again. For each inhalation, perform this small or shallow breathing while remaining relaxed.
Your goal is to maintain air starvation for about 2-3 min in total relaxation of the body muscles. Breathing may be common during this small breathing or shallow breathing, but it’s OK.
It may sound silly and too simple to get rid of a stuffy nose, but it works.
Once you have opened your nose, it is important to breathe only through the nose and not through the mouth.
