Teethache can vary considerably, from mild pain to teeth or jaws to throbbing and unbearable pain. The main causes of toothache are caries, an infection, an exposed root, a cracked tooth, a disease of the gums, a poorly adjusted sealing, or a disorder of the joint of the jaw.
A toothache occurs when the central region of the tooth, the pulp, becomes irritated or inflamed. The pulp consists of several nerve endings that are very sensitive. It may become inflamed or irritated for many reasons, some of which are indicated above.
Here are the top 10 remedies for toothache and dental infection:
1. Pepper and salt
Salt mixed with pepper can be of great use when a tooth becomes very sensitive because both ingredients have antibacterial, anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties.
Mix the pepper and salt in equal amounts with a few drops of water to form a paste. Apply the dough directly to the affected tooth and allow it to act for a few minutes. Renew several days in a row.
2. Garlic
Garlic can also provide immense relief to toothache. It has antibiotic and other medicinal properties that can be very effective in reducing pain.
Mix a garlic clove (or garlic powder) with a little salt and apply it directly to the affected tooth to relieve pain. If you prefer, you can chew one or two cloves of garlic for relief. Repeat this natural treatment for a few days.
3. 3. Cloves
Clove has anti-inflammatory, antibacterial and antioxidant properties, as well as anaesthetic properties that help relieve tooth pain and fight infection.
Grind two cloves. Mix with a little olive oil or other vegetable oil and apply to the tooth.
Another option is to soak a cotton ball in cloves and rub it directly onto the painful tooth.
Or, you can mix a few drops of clove oil in 1/2 glass of water and use it to rinse your mouth.
To be repeated as many times as necessary to relieve yourself.

Alternatively, use the xylitol-saliva mixture as if it were a toothpaste and brush your teeth with it for 3 to 6 minutes. Do not rinse your mouth afterwards.
5. Onions
Onions have antiseptic and antimicrobial properties that control a toothache. They can provide pain relief by killing the germs causing the infection.
At the first signs of a toothache, chew a raw onion for a few minutes to relieve pain.
If you are unable to chew the onion, place a piece of raw onion directly on the tooth or gum.endolorie.
