1. Classical pumpkin juice
Ingredients:
500 ml fresh pumpkin (peeled and diced)
250 ml water or coconut water
1 tablespoon of honey or maple syrup (optional)
A pinch of cinnamon or a tenderloin of lemon juice (optional)
Preparation:
Peel and cut the pumpkin into small pieces.
Mix the pumpkin and the water (or coconut water) until you get a smooth consistency.
Suck with honey or maple syrup if you wish.
Add cinnamon or lemon juice for more flavor.
Filter (smovocless consistency) and refrigerate before serving.
