- 3 tablespoons organic brown rice (it is richer in minerals than white rice)
- 1 tablespoon of coconut milk (nourniating and moisturizing)
- 1 tablespoon of honey (antibacterial and softener)
Preparation:
- Boil the rice in pure water, then filter it while keeping the cooking water.
- In a bowl, mix the cooked rice with a tablespoon of hot coconut milk.
- Add a tablespoon of honey and mix until a homogeneous paste is obtained.
- Apply the mask to clean, dry skin.
- Leave on until it dries completely.
- Rinse your face with rice cooking water for an even more beneficial effect.
