Use this once a week to make your face look 10 years younger

  • 3 tablespoons organic brown rice (it is richer in minerals than white rice)
  • 1 tablespoon of coconut milk (nourniating and moisturizing)
  • 1 tablespoon of honey (antibacterial and softener)

Preparation:

  1. Boil the rice in pure water, then filter it while keeping the cooking water.
  2. In a bowl, mix the cooked rice with a tablespoon of hot coconut milk.
  3. Add a tablespoon of honey and mix until a homogeneous paste is obtained.
  4. Apply the mask to clean, dry skin.
  5. Leave on until it dries completely.
  6. Rinse your face with rice cooking water for an even more beneficial effect.
