What does coconut oil contain?
This coconut oil has a milky appearance and is rich in essential fatty acids which give it a moisturizing power. Coconut oil contains 50% lauric acid that cleans and moisturizes the skin. Also rich in vitamin A and E, it promotes cell renewal and is an exceptional antioxidant for combating skin aging. In addition, although no further research explains the action of coconut oil on wrinkles, a study published in the National Library of Medicine demonstrates the ability of coconut oil to promote collagen formation. Therefore, in order to take care of your skin and benefit from its anti-wrinkle action, this oil is ideal.

Is coconut oil suitable for all skin types?
Although this oil is known for its benefits on the skin, it is still debated. And for good reason, this oil can be comedogenic. This means that it may promote black spots on the skin and may therefore be advised against acne-prone greasy skin. In addition, coconut oil may be used in dry or cracked skin, provided it is extra virgin and organic.
