Preparation:
Cook the hard-boil eggs for 10 minutes, then dip them in cold water. Scald the eggs, cut them in half and gently remove the yolks. Mix the yellows with mayonnaise, mustard, salt and pepper until a smooth texture is obtained. Fill the egg whites with the preparation with a socket pocket or spoon. Sprinkle paprika and chopped parsley before serving.
