3. 3. Dandelion juice

In external use, dandelion would be recommended to combat many skin imperfections. This includes warts but also dermatosis, certain skin diseases or corns on the feet.
For optimal efficiency, cut the dandelion stem in half and apply the resulting juice to the wart. Cover it with a bandage and repeat this operation twice a day until the wart disappears.

Known for its lightening and exfoliating properties, the lemon is a waistline to combat hyperpigmentation of the skin, which may occur due to excessive exposure to the sun. Thanks to its vitamin C and its citric acid content, the juice of the citrus reduces the appearance of brown spots for a lighter and imperfection-free skin.

To benefit from it, soak a cotton disc of lemon juice and apply it to your stains. Leave to act for 10 minutes and then rinse with clean water. It is preferable to use this tip in the evening to avoid the photosensitizing effect of the lemon.

2. Ginger

 

Known for its anti-ageing action in Ayurvedic medicine, ginger is rich in antioxidants. According to natural care experts, the latter promote the production of collagen and limit skin imperfections by attenuating the appearance of brown spots. Sustained benefits by a scientific paper that identifies ginger as a formidable lightening agent in Ayurvedic treatments.

For optimal action, it is recommended to cut a ginger root and rub it 2 to 3 times a day on the areas concerned. This ritual will have to be followed for about 6 weeks for conclusive results.
