I cannot pretend that I have already met someone who loves spiders. As far as insects are concerned, spiders are undoubtedly the ones I prefer the least, and for this reason I will take considerable measures to remove them from my home. After the end of the summer and the arrival of the cooler season, these creatures will look for a place to take refuge in your home. Here are eight simple techniques to make sure they don’t fit into the building.

Peppermint essential oil, number one

There is no insect that can tolerate the pungent smell of peppermint essential oil, and spiders are included in this category. A few drops of oil should be placed on cotton balls, then the balls should be dispersed under the furniture and other places where spiders find it easy to hide. Peppermint oil can be toxic if swallowed, so you need to make sure that your children and pets cannot get their hands on it.

It's cinnamon.

Cinnamon is also repulsive for insects. Be sure to pay special attention to the entrance and windows of your home when you sprinkle outside your home. There will be a reduction in the number of spiders entering your house as a result of this.
