"Preparation:
Peel the apples and grate them.
In a bowl, beat the eggs with the milk and vanilla.
(3) Add oats, dried fruits, raisins, chemical yeast and cinnamon. Mix well.
Add the grated apples and mix it all.
Pour the mixture onto a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Cook in an oven at 180oC for 35-40 minutes until golden.
Allow to cool and taste the soft, perfumed cake.
A healthy and delicious dessert.
No flour, no refined sugar, and incredibly good. Perfect for breakfast or snacks.
