1. A garlic hand bath
Enriched with amino acids, enzymes, antioxidants and vitamins, garlic helps to make your nails shiny and fights duplication. For this trick, you will need a container filled with water and two cloves of garlic. Cut the garlic pods in half and place them in your water-filled bowl. Leave to stand for 15 to 20 minutes and then remove the garlic. Before your home-made manicure, start with this nourishing bath by soaking your nails in this preparation for about 15 minutes. Then wash your hands with a mild soap to remove the smell of the garlic.
2. Garlic and olive oil care
To achieve this nail growth, you will only need two ingredients: olive oil and a crushed garlic clove. In a previously cleaned container, crush the garlic clove and pour a tablespoon of olive oil into it. You can also add a few drops of lemon juice to the antibacterial and antifungal action that helps to combat the development of mycoses. Apply this mixture to your nails and leave to act for 15 minutes before rinse with clean water and wash with a mild soap. Like castor oil or almond oil, olive oil contributes to the beauty of the nails by fortifying them and moisturizing them.
