Apple Cookies: How to Make It Soft and Perfumed

  1. In a food processor, add the cottage cheese, flour, butter, sugar and chemical yeast and mix until everything is mixed.
  2. Transfer the mixture to a plate covered with food film and think carefully to get the dough. Cover from all sides and transfer to the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  3. Meanwhile, remove the middle of the apples and cut them into slices.
  4. Once the time has elapsed, transfer the dough to the work surface and spread it out with the pastry roller.
  5. With the round mould (height 8 cm) prick the rolled dough and remove the rest of the dough.
  6. Spread apricot jam, sprinkle a lot of cinnamon, and place the apple slice on each. Close them and transfer them to the baking tray covered with baking paper.
  7. Cook the biscuits in an oven at 180oC/360oF for 40 minutes. Decorate with powdered sugar.
