- In a food processor, add the cottage cheese, flour, butter, sugar and chemical yeast and mix until everything is mixed.
- Transfer the mixture to a plate covered with food film and think carefully to get the dough. Cover from all sides and transfer to the refrigerator for 1 hour.
- Meanwhile, remove the middle of the apples and cut them into slices.
- Once the time has elapsed, transfer the dough to the work surface and spread it out with the pastry roller.
- With the round mould (height 8 cm) prick the rolled dough and remove the rest of the dough.
- Spread apricot jam, sprinkle a lot of cinnamon, and place the apple slice on each. Close them and transfer them to the baking tray covered with baking paper.
- Cook the biscuits in an oven at 180oC/360oF for 40 minutes. Decorate with powdered sugar.
