Everything you need to do to have a durable and lush parsley plant

Parsley needs a well-fertilized soil. The ideal blend consists of 1/4 of coconut fiber, 1/4 of earthworm humus and the other half of universal soil.
You can place the parsley in full or mid-shall, but always make sure you have a lot of light and at least 15 degrees Celsius.
If we choose to start with the seeds, we will have to soak them the day before to promote their germination. The seeds can be planted directly in the permanent pots.
Water well and keep the soil moist at all times until the plant reaches a height of 5 to 6 centimeters. At this point, we only leave plants that are 5 centimeters away if they have to be transplanted, or 15 to 20 centimetres if they are already in the final pot.
It is important to put a layer of drainage gravel under the ground: good drainage is important to avoid the risk of plant diseases.
Plant development
The development of the parsley plant is slow and you can start harvesting the leaves when they have reached a height of about 25 centimeters. Although the plant remains alive for up to two years, we can only use its leaves in the first year, because they are lush, more tender and have a thinner stem.
Now that you know how to grow a parsill plant at home, you can start by always having a supply of it at your fingertips.
