What left-handed people have more than right-handed people, according to specialists

There are everyday details that are not always paid to. Yet a simple manual preference could be the key to a little-known talent. Left-handed but fascinating left-handed people would be endowed with a skill that science is beginning to understand better. But what makes them so special?

Being left-handed: a brain that thinks differently

It is estimated that about 10% of the world’s population is left-handed. This seems small, but among them there is a notable concentration of emblematic figures: Leonardo da Vinci, Lady Gaga, Mozart, or the filmmaker Christopher Nolan. What they have in common? A remarkable ability to innovate and get off the beaten track.

But why do left-handers seem so often associated with creativity? It would just matter to their brains. Unlike right-handers, who mobilize the left hemisphere more – that of logical reasoning and language – left-handed people would more frequently activate the right hemisphere, the seat of intuition, emotions, and, above all, creativity.

Imagine a piano score: the left hemisphere plays the methodical and structured notes, while the right improvises lyrical flights. Left-handers, on the other hand, seem naturally more inclined to play these free and unexpected notes.
