Our lifestyles have also evolved into less physical activity and more time sitting in front of the screens.
However, lack of exercise can:
- Slowing down intestinal transit, thereby increasing the time of colon exposure to toxins
- Promoting obesity and hormonal imbalances related to tumour development
- Reduce the effectiveness of the immune system, thereby reducing the body’s ability to remove abnormal cells
The younger generations, who are less active than their elders, could therefore be more exposed to this risk without even realizing it.
