Have an alkaline diet to reduce inflammation and improve intracellular pH
Today, most people in the Western world have a diet that promotes inflammation and increases intracellular pH, latent acidosis, providing an ideal environment for cancer proliferation. A well-designed alkaline diet will improve your intracellular pH over time, and it is the best defense against permanent inflammation in the body. It consists mainly of: organic green vegetables with green leaves, herbs and spices, root vegetables, onions, garlic, leeks and chives, broccoli, cauliflower and cauliflower, beans, lentils, peas, walnuts, seeds. Dispose of gluten

The high-protein yogurts to which milk powder or whey have been added are even more carcinogenic than nature milk, yoghurts, or cheese. However, you must eliminate all dairy products when fighting cancer. Dairy products cause inflammation, which is the cause of bone damage and promote cancer progression in the same way as sugar.
