Crunch waffles with vegetables – simple and delicious

Grate the potatoes, carrots and courgettes to a coarse grater, then press well.
Finely chop the onion and garlic and mix with the vegetables.
(3) Add the eggs, flour, chemical yeast, cheese, salt, pepper and paprika powder and mix until a paste forms.
Preheat the waffle maker and grease it lightly.
Put the portions in the ram and cook until golden.
Serve with herbal curds or a yogurt dip and enjoy. – –
