  • Dine light and early: a hearty meal delays falling asleep.
  • Create a real sleep routine: sleeping at a fixed time, dimmed light, calm atmosphere.
  • Turn off the screens for at least 1 hour before going to sleep: the blue light disturbs your biological clock.
  • Turn your room into a cocoon: dark, fresh, silent (18oC).
  • Limit alcohol in the evening: even a single glass may be enough to clear your night.
