- Drink a balanced, no less: hydrate the day well, but reduce intakes 1 hour 30 minutes before bedtime.
- Avoid natural diuretics in the evening: tea, coffee, watermelon, asparagus, etc.
- Dine light and early: a hearty meal delays falling asleep.
- Create a real sleep routine: sleeping at a fixed time, dimmed light, calm atmosphere.
- Turn off the screens for at least 1 hour before going to sleep: the blue light disturbs your biological clock.
- Turn your room into a cocoon: dark, fresh, silent (18oC).
- Limit alcohol in the evening: even a single glass may be enough to clear your night.
