Home-made sodium bicarbonate pedicle: a simple way to have healthy feet

Preparation:
Preparation of a foot bath
In a large bowl or pedicur bowl, dissolve 2 tablespoons of sodium bicarbonate in warm water. You can add a few drops of essential oil to enhance the flavour of your bath and provide additional care to your skin. The water must be warm, but not hot, to avoid burns.
Immersion of the feet
Place your feet in the prepared bath and soak them for about 15 to 20 minutes. Sodium bicarbonate combined with warm water will help soften the skin, remove dead skin cells and soothe irritation. In addition, the essential oil will have a relaxing effect.
Exfoliation and cleaning
After bathing, use a pumice stone or a grater to gently remove the hard skin from your heels and other hard areas of your feet. Be careful not to press too hard to avoid irritating the skin.
Hydrates
After your pedicure, apply your favorite moisturiser to your feet. You can also use special balms or oils for your feet, which will also regenerate the skin and make it soft.
Service and conservation advice:
You can do a sodium bicarbonate pedicle regularly, at least once a week, to keep your feet in good condition.
To enhance the effect, add tea tree oil to the bath, which has antibacterial and antiviral properties that will help fight skin infections.
Use moisturising creams that will provide the right amount of moisture and keep the skin of your feet smooth and elastic.
