For carp:
1 carp (approximately 1.5 kg)
3 new onions
1 teaspoon of salt
1 egg
2 tablespoons of flour
Fry oil
3 garlic cloves
1 red pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon teriyaki sauce
30 ml soya sauce
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of sugar
50 ml water
1 teaspoon of potato starch
For mashed potatoes:
6 potatoes
2 tablespoons of melted butter
100 ml hot milk
1 teaspoon of salt
For fresh salad:
1 cucumber
1 tomato
1/2 red onion
Parsley
Olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the carp
Clean and cut:
Clean the carp, cut the fins and the head.
Cut the carp into pieces and remove the edges.
Cut the new onions into slices:
Finely cut the new onions.
Step 2: Marry the carp
Mix and marinate:
Mix the new onions with 30 ml of water.
Leave the mixture to stand for 5 minutes.
Step 3: Prepare the potatoes
Cook the potatoes:
Peel and cut the potatoes into pieces.
Place the potatoes in a saucepan with hot water and 1 teaspoon of salt.
Cover and cook for 15 minutes until tender.
Step 4: Prepare the carp for frying
Coating the carp:
Beat the egg in a bowl.
Coat the pieces of flour carp.
Soak the carp pieces floured in the beaten egg.
Fry the carp:
Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the carp pieces on all sides until golden.
