For mascarpone cream:
500 g mascarpone
3 pasteurised egg yolks (medium size)
100 g sugar
50 ml water
For the dipstick of the boudoirs:
200 ml water
50 g of sugar
Also:
120 g fresh strawberries
100 g quality white chocolate
Juice of a lemon
