Bring your sad orchid back to life with Aloe Vera: A Guide to Revitalisation
If you don’t have a lot of aloe vera at your disposal, just cut off a leaf and chop it.
Then stick a piece of aloe on the orchid branch. Leave it where the resting buds are.
Leave the aloe on the branch for about 1-2 weeks until it dries out on the plant, then remove it and replace it with a new piece.
Repeat this process until the buds awaken.
The aloe vera gel continuously nourishes the buds and gives them everything they need for the growth and development of new flower branches. How does this process work? The dry flower branch is filled with vitality and micronutrients and, above all, the sleeping buds gradually awake. From them the branch can branch and new buds can form. We wish you and your orchid much success!
