Throwing dishwasher tabs under the shower – the reason is surprising

As already mentioned, dishwasher places are an excellent ally in the elimination of germs and bacteria due to their disinfecting property. Why not use in another place where germs and bacteria multiply more strongly?

If you place a dishwasher tablet in the shower or bathtub, you can better clean and disinfect surfaces. In order to be able to carry out this process in the shower, it is necessary that the shower tray has raised edges and does not lock silently with the floor, because the drain must be closed and some water can accumulate. Then carry out this process, close the shower drain and increase the water level, possibly hot, a few centimeters. Then throw a dishwasher tab into the water and wait until it has completely dissolved. Leave on for about fifteen minutes, then take a soft sponge and begin cleaning the shower tray.

You will notice that no scrubbing is required as all residues have been softened by the action of the tablet.

After cleaning the entire shower tray, remove the plug from the drain and let the water run. Perform one last rinse with the shower to make sure you have removed all residues. The procedure with this method is the same, but if you have a very large tank, the advice is to avoid waste and consumption, not to fill it completely, but to add water up to half and then clean somewhat more thoroughly.

But is this whole process only to disinfect the shower in the best possible way? Of course not. In fact, dishwasher tabs are very useful thanks to their composition to make the yellowed shower tray or bathtub white again. In just a few minutes you have a disinfected and bleached bathroom.
