Ingredients required:
- 2 litres of cold water
- 1 glass of warm water
- 1 glass of sea salt (or table salt)
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- Iodine (natural antiseptic)
Instructions for use:
- Prepare a disinfectant foot bath: In a basin, pour 2 litres of cold water and add 1 glass of warm water.
- Add salt: Sea salt or table salt helps to relax the feet and reduce inflammation.
- Pour apple cider vinegar: This ingredient has antibacterial and antifungal properties that help remove mushrooms and cleanse the nails.
- Soak your feet: Leave them immersed for 30 minutes to help absorb the active substances.
- Dry your feet well: Moisture promotes the proliferation of fungi.
- Apply iodine: Use a cotton ball to place iodine on the edges of the dry nails. Let it penetrate well before putting on your socks.
