6 tbsp (85g) melted butter
1 tbsp sugar (optional, for extra sweetness)
For the Peanut Butter Filling:
1 cup (250g) creamy peanut butter (not natural/no-stir)
8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened
1 cup (120g) powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ cup (120ml) heavy cream, whipped to stiff peaks
For the Chocolate Topping:
1 cup (175g) semi-sweet chocolate chips
½ cup (120ml) heavy cream
Optional: Chopped Reese’s cups for garnish
