Preparation & How to Use:

Pour the water into a pot and bring it to a boil.

Once the water is hot, add the sliced prunes and dates.

Let the mixture simmer for about 15 minutes.

After cooking, remove from heat and allow it to cool.

Transfer the mixture to a glass jar with a lid and store in the fridge.
How to Consume:
